At the recent SEAPEX AGM held in Singapore on 14th October John Whitcomb, VP Membership, delivered a serious presentation in which he explained how membership to SEAPEX can save members substantial amounts of money.
He went on to quantify how annual savings could be achieved, given certain stated assumptions, in a range of SGD 216 to SGD 6,552.
The manner by which these savings could be made was in the form of ‘Privileges’ which have been granted members, on presentation of their membership cards, at a range of outlets located within Singapore.
These outlets had been specifically selected by SEAPEX on the basis they were known to be popular and regularly frequented by our membership.
They are the Orchard Hotel, Ballymoons, Muddy Murphys, The Penny Black, Durty Nellys and Harrys (all 32 outlets). ‘Privileges’ extended by these outlets take the form of discounts and discounts equate to money. These ‘Privileges’ are available from 1st October 2011 to 30th September 2012 – for each month a previous member (or for that matter anyone contemplating becoming a member) waits to renew (or join) is, it could be argued, potentially losing between SGD 18 and SGD 546.
With annual membership priced at SGD 70 renewal or joining there would seem only one, inevitable conclusion, JOIN NOW
